In Kaliningrad, a polling station was opened where refugees from the DPR, LPR, Zaporozhye and Kherson regions can vote in a referendum. This is reported by the regional election commission in its Telegram channel.

From September 23 to September 26, 2022, you can vote at the following address: Sovetsky pr-t, 13, room 347. Working hours are from 10:00 to 18:00.

“Also on these dates and times, field voting will be organized in the municipalities of the Kaliningrad region,” the election commission added.

On September 27, 2022, you can make your choice at the address: Sovetsky pr-t, 13, room 118 (hall of the Public Chamber of the Kaliningrad Region). Working hours – from 10:00 to 16:00.
