You’ll – obviously – need an iPhone to sign up for the service, but you can enjoy the entire list of Fitness+ features and workouts using an iPad or even an Apple TV.

Also, Fitness+ gets some new features with watchOS 9 and iOS 16. For example, the app will award prizes for personal records, streaks or great milestones. In addition, in watchOS 9, the workout screen receives additional information along with coach guidance during the workout itself. Most importantly, even if you don’t have an Apple TV, you can stream your workout using an iPhone or iPad via AirPlay.
