13 владельцев кафе и баров оштрафованы за продажу алкоголя несовершеннолетним

13 cafe and bar owners fined for selling alcohol to minors

Since the beginning of the year in the Republic of Altai, during raids, police officers found 26 minors who were in public places at night without adult accompaniment. The legal representatives of teenagers are held accountable under Art. 5.35 of the Code of Administrative Offenses of the Russian Federation for improper performance of parental duties. In addition, 13 cafe and bar owners have been brought to administrative responsibility for selling alcohol to minors.

With the onset of the new academic year, control over the activities of adolescents outside of school hours is intensifying, the press service of the Ministry of Internal Affairs for the Republic of Altai notes.

Places of evening leisure for young people are checked by the police together with members of the public, vigilantes of the law enforcement unit, and the commission on juvenile affairs.

In the evening and at night, the raid members regularly visit squares, parks, and drinking entertainment establishments.

The main goal of preventive raids carried out in the evening is to protect minors from harmful addictions and prevent illegal acts, both committed by teenagers themselves and against them.
